How many times I'm entitled for revisions?
Like we said, good design is a result of a process, so revisions and enhancement naturally are part of it. For the mockup we send, you are only entitled for 1 revisions. If you ask us to revise our mockups, hey.. at least it means that somehow you believe we are capable of producing something close enough to what you need but need a little adjustment here and there, right? So we think one final revision on the mockup is enough to convice you to make a final decision. But once we have an agreement and start the actual work, you are entitled for maximum of 3 (three) revisions on the Work in Progress (WIP). Why only three times? Why not unlimited? ;) Because we believe with good preparations and requirement assessement on the beginning of a project, major revisions should be minimum and from our experiences 3 times are enough to accomodate it.
