Professional result but cost-effective? Please explain more.
Frankly, Digitalgrafis is not a big design agency with luxurious office on the 20-some floor of the skyscraper building. Therefore, we can cut the overhead cost big agencies usually had and focus the cost only for the efforts we spend on the creativity and designworks of a project. But neither it is a personal freelancer with no project methodology and lack of experiences. We tried to combine the professionalism and project methodology of design agency (As most of us have been worked for them before) with flexibility and cost-effectiveness of freelancer. (As the team members are based on the project requirements only).So how does Digitalgrafis work?
Based on project requirements from the clients, Digitalgrafis then will review it, analyzes what skills are needed to do it, estimates the timeframe, contacts the available resources and then calculates the cost of the project. Digitalgrafis takes full responsibilities before, during and after the project, from art and creative direction to development, from the estimation of timeframe to the progress report.Does it mean that Digitalgrafis is an agent?
Nope, we’re NOT. The word ‘agent’ tends to have a negative connotation as agent usually only look for the projects, outsourcing all the work and get the commision fee from it without doing nothing else. :P Digitalgrafis does not work that way. Like we said, we take full responsibilities before, during and after the project. On each and every project, Digitalgrafis is fully involved in the creative side of the project: the concept, visual style, look and feel, creative brief and other design works. It is done with a systematic process and quality control to assure the professional results. The outsourcing works simply only for the cost-effective purposes, so we are able to set the price appropriately.Who are the clients Digitalgrafis currently working for?
Recently we are working for a Tax and Financial Advisory company Prijohandojo Boentoro & Co. The works includes 14 corporate posters, print profile and website of one of the company’s division. Another project currently ongoing is an interactive presentation for Borneo Tropical Rainforest Foundation, an NGO based in Switzerland and a website for a new Indonesian political party Partai Demokrasi Pembaruan.
